coproporphyria, uroporphoria, and porphobilinogen would probably not be good names in a poem, either.
the disease porphoria can also be caused by lead poisoning.
maybe that's how George III of England got porphoria. from what i've read, poisoning wasn't uncommon during those days, especially among royalty who wanted thrones.
