Sorry you right about the valid construct from the point of view of the apple, the tree and the person looking at it. But you see in this case I need the movement of all three (re-establishing a valid construct) to show how they re-act to each other as they travel along together. How they react under these conditions of movement. It is because they are moving that the accelleration can take place.
