Can't find fault with your argument as stated but I think that's maybe because it's too general. And I don't know enough about who got what subsidies. If I can be completely subjective for a minute. I believe the future advancement of humankind into space and beyond may depend on nuclear energy. Because of that it holds a special place different for other resources and I want to see it continue to develop along with safety. So that we're not destroyed by a good thing. If it's a choice between a static safe world or a risky changing one I'll choose the latter. Hope I haven't deviated from the point too much.
