i have witnessed this phenonmenon firsthand several times...the first time for myself and later to show it to others

if this explanation will stand...it bodes poorly for uniformitarianism and well for catastrophism

it is not entirely unrelated to the concept of liquefaction

not mundane...and certainly not predicted by the evolutionary philosophy
