Question: given the nature of cancer, and its manifold contributing factors, not the least of which is genetic in many cases, would you really want to use the stem cells from such an individual?

I can't imagine being the physician who has to tell someone, "Well, the stem cells we used cured your condition, but you're going to die of cancer in five or ten years because they contained the genes for "X" cancer. Sorry about that."
