I didn't see where srisankar posited a delivery method for the initial bomb. The post is about tracking by UV; may not have anything to do with ballistic delivery...
BTW, one reason the Bush administration wants to send more drill rigs to the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge is to drive the indigenous people and large mammals out of the area. Why, you ask?
