Semantic and philosophical globblydegook. The same argument has been made thousands of times in thousands of places and has no contact with physical reality.
Forget the high-sounding nonsense. Everything you perceive is done through one a a very limited number of senses: touch, taste, sight, sound, and smell. Any or all can be fooled through dreaming, hallucinogenic drugs, hypnosis, etc. So how do you even know you are sitting at your computer reading this drivel I just wrote?
It all makes interesting philosophical discourse. But that is all it is. Sort of like "when I see the color red and you see the color red are we seeing the same thing?"
