History is full of people who watched all of the warning signs and didn't react until it was too late.
I don't intend the following to in any way be disparaging ... but certainly it was obvious to many what was happening in Nazi Germany before to concentration camps were built. Einstein and other got out because they were intelligent enough to act before it was too late.
Whether it is September 11th, or the holocaust, or cigarette smoking, or flooding, or avalanches, or earthquakes ... there are large numbers of people who live in denial ... until the blood is flowing down the street: They are also the very first ones to claim a conspiracy when consciousness finally strikes them between the eyes.
