How about- Big rock guaranteed to hit, plus they even know which side of the Earth it will strike.
What they dont know is how much damage might be caused on the other good side.
I think sensible people (provided their Goverment
told them they were on the 'good' side. Might just take some (in)-adequate precautions. Dont you think?
