See the quotes from your posts that I included in my post. We have to be able to "transmit a signal to every point in the universe" and at the same time "We're not talking about transmitting from any point on the plante to any other". If you can transmit a signal to every point in the universe from any point then you can also receive a signal at that point from anywhere in the universe along the same paths. Therefore you are saying that there are points on the planet that are not in the universe because we don't have to transmit from/to them as we do to all points in the universe.
