Whatever you do, read the labels and DO NOT take Aspartame, NutraSweet, Equal. In the UK it also goes under the name of its largest ingredient phenylalanine. Aspartame is made from 50% phenylalanine, 40% aspartic acid and 10% methanol (wood alcohol) which in your body breaks down into formaldehyde and formic acid, both of which damage all the organs of the body and the central nervous system. Some will poo poo this and say it hasn't hurt them and they have taken it for years. Believe me, sooner or later it will get you and the effects will more than likely ruin your life all for Monsanto to make obscene profits.

You folks in the UK have just about brought Monsanto to their knees over the Frankenfoods issue, now thankfully spreading across Canada and the US. Now do the same with aspartame and lets put these bastards out of business once and for all.
