The egg came first. It was another kind of egg when it was laid. But due to an accidental strike by a cosmic ray the DNA contained within it mutated into what we now refer to as a chicken.

Actually a tree in the forest makes more of a moaning-swishing sound. They only make a bang when they strike you squarely on the head as has obviously happened in your case.

The first man to see daylight? Hasn't been born yet. We are all still stumbling around in the dark.
