I think it would (indeed will) be something akin to the fashion industry as far as shape and size go but it would (indeed will) have practical applications as well. We'll know such diversity that what diversity we know know will look tiny in comparison. We'll be so diverse in fact that only an unaltered, naturally selected human will be considered a "Freak" for they will no doubt be very few and far between.
