Neither love nor reciprocal altruism exist in my sphere except as esoteric concepts. My life is bounded by Duty and Honor. I uphold the weak, defend the innocent, protect the foolish and balance the strong. I bring valor to conflict, face danger with courage, am unwaveringly loyal, and show mercy and compassion to all. It is my duty to serve the causes of Liberty, Justice and Peace. I am charged to Honor, Truth, Grace and Courtesy. Thus do I bring light and order to the fabric of the Universe.
It says nothing about love. Nor reciprocal altruism. Nor even gonadal madness. Mouse knows far more about love than I do. Mouse's miniscule murine mind comprehends you far better than I do.
