is a model experimental system. Now, I suggest we build a second Earth, to study things like climate control and global warming. Then we can manipulate it and see what actually happens when we turnup the carbon dioxide or lower the water vapor. There ought to be enough hunks of rock out in the asteroid belt to put together the required mass, and from there it ought to be easy to tow it to a useful orbit and start it rotating. Acquiring atmosphere might be a difficulty, but we could clean out our Oort cloud and vaccuum up the stray comets as a start. Heck, it could turn into a real house, er, solar system cleanup project.
