Description said box had been opened, but figure was unused. I'm very happy with how fast it arrived and how well packaged it was. All parts were included except the manual. However, the colors seems a bit sun damaged. All white parts (including the sclera of the eyes) are more off-white than actually white and the head of the dog snapped off when I tried to turn it. The box was slightly damaged.

Seller was very nice and messaged to confirm about the item I ordered. Shipping was very quick despite the shipping carrier providing me an expected delivery date of 10 days (it arrived in 5 days.) It also came in a snug box with bubble wrap to eliminate rattling. As for the figurine I ordered it was shipped nice and everything as listed came along with it nicely!
