I'm sorry I didn't hear from you when you noted the damage. When a package arrives with the item damaged I want to let the postal service know! Unfortunately it's too late to file a claim. I appreciate your positive feedback; not everyone would be so generous. If in the future you receive a damaged item, immediately take pictures of the damage, and the box it was shipped in including the mailing label. These items are so fragile I hesitate to sell them on Ebay. Rachel
