I purchased the iPhone 12 and the next day it got shipped out and it only took a day or two to get delivered. The box and everything else was fine and it also came with an iphone charger but no brick or anything else. The phone is in great condition but I feel like there wasn’t anything done to my phone, the charger port was filled with fuzz and dust that I had to clean out along with the speakers and the tiny screws were also a little brown and dusty which might mean it’s never been opened.

This is my 2nd refurbished iPhone since August, and I am so happy that my 1st experience went badly! Had it not, I wouldn’t have this iPhone 12, and I am absolutely over the moon about my new phone!! It has a few minor scratches on the top & bottom, 2 very small scratches on the screen (didn’t even notice those until I was installing a screen protector), and it functions beautifully. This iPhone 12 is so much better than I could have imagined, and I highly recommend this seller.

A bit more scratched than I would've liked and expected from a "very good" rating. I personally would've considered it "fair". The phone worked just fine, however. A case and a tempered glass installation later, and it looked pretty much like new. Network was fully unlocked as advertised, as I gifted this to a family member who lives overseas and was able to use it without a hitch.

The phone arrived quickly and really well packaged. In beautiful, pristine condition and with all its functionality. The one let down was that I was told the phone would have ‘at least 85% battery life’ under its advertised excellent conditions, but it had only 83%. I’m still keeping the device, but I reached out to the seller to point out this error for better accuracy in their descriptions the future. They reached back out and acknowledged it.
