Shipped and delivered promptly in perfect condition. In excellent New/New Like condition! However, if you plan to use a locking kit as found on eBay the 50 Cal can has a smaller hole than the standard mil units found on the latching plate. It is remedied by drilling out the ~1/2 hole so the locking stud will pass through.

    Great for "Grab and Go" Situations

    Solid, sturdy, heavy duty seal to keep out dust and humidity for sure. I use mine to store coins. Great handle for carrying some weighty items. I have not tested the "waterproof claim" so not sure on that feature. LOVE mine, want to add two more soon. Great for "grab and go" situations for SURE.

    A perfect ammo and other storage box in every way!

    High quality, durable and just what I wanted for an AMMO storage Box. This is a metal box that is painted in a very nice tan color. It has a lock mechanism that will keep out children and anyone that you do not want to see what is inside the box. You could use this to store private papers, cash and special small tools. I really like it!

    Does the job well.

    It's an ammo can folks, it's a dry place to store surplus ammo. Is there anything particularly "special" about this one, no. If I could change anything, it would of course be the price. A certain large chain "box" store carries a very similar product (only difference is the color) for around $13 bucks. Problem is, they run out frequently and I don't really like shopping there. The product works well and is good quality, that's the long and short of it.

    These were made to store ammo for a reason!!

    I use these when I need a safe and weather proof storage for my ammunition, I will purchase more as my inventory grows!! I intend to replace all my other ammo storage units with these, the plastic ones are ok but definitely not as durable and can not store as much..

    Best storage box for anything

    These are great boxes to store not only ammo but anything you want to protect from moisture. They are stack-able and take up very little floor space. I like the secure latch and with the water tight seal, I know humidity won't affect what's stored inside. Also like the color rather than the standard green.
