I was disappointed that the SRI DryQ hairdryer I ordered did not function fully. But the seller was very responsive and immediately sent me a return label & issued a swift credit to my account. I have purchased items previously described as “open box” and they are a good bargain. I believe this was a manufacturer’s issue not the seller’s.
