The necklace is fine, but the listing clearly says it's "handmade" and uses Hawai'ian koa wood. The baggie it comes in has a "Made in China" sticker, which indicates to me it's definitely not handmade, and it's doubtful it's koa wood. I feel like I got a cheap knockoff rather than what was described in the listing. It's a little disappointing.

Our 5 year old Koa, bought this for Christmas for his dad. My husband has several of the fishhook necklaces made of bone and other woods, but not Koa wood so this is extra special for my guys. The etching is beautiful and the hook itself is a great weight. I can’t wait to see my guys exchange gifts Christmas morning!
