Had a problem with the USPS and Delivery. It looked as if they had dropped the Crystal upon its Point and shattered quite a bit of its look. I contacted vinascrystals and they replied quickly. They apologized for something they did not do and sent me two crystals since the large one I had ordered was out of stock. It was quick with no hassle and I am also very satisfied with the quality of the replacement crystal. I would advise using this seller as I will be using them again.
