    To sleep or not to sleep, that is the issue!

    Being and "old guy" (over 70) I would frequently wake up at night and be unable to fall asleep again (or it would take hours to do so). However, with taking Diphenhydamine HCL, I may still wake up at night but I can fall back asleep quite easily-it takes the "edge" off, I don't stress about being unable to fall asleep again.

    Good deal, but look into it for health concerns.

    It's a great deal, but my psychiatrist, my naturopath and my doctor want to get me off it. I've been using it for sleep for the last year and a half; sometimes 3-4 pills a night! and it creates cloudy thinking (according to doctors).

    Didn't work for me

    Bought these to try and get to sleep don't work for me so I'm saying they're rubbish but there again they may work for others so can't really give my opinion if they work for you they good value if not well obviously not.

    Helps my Dad sleep
