Lumpy gelatinous globs of very dark foul smelling semi solid not liquid. Bottle was sealed . Package unopened. Not sure what happened ? Maybe temperatures? Seller very understanding and gave immediate refund however so that's good customer service hence I would give good feedback and buy from again. I would post pictures but this is very gross looking and may offend people to look at. I'm throwing it away but know the seller stands by the sale and that's great
