This is a nice vintage Peavey EQ-27 1/3 Octave Graphic Equalizer.  It has both Balanced and Unbalanced connectors for Inputs and Outputs.  It has all the slider knobs and seems to be working well.  See pictures for the details.  The feet were removed when it was installed in a rack so they are not included.
