    I wasted money. Kinda.

    I wish I would have read the description more fully. This is not a high flow solenoid. It has a very small hole about 3/16 for flow. Not going to work for my application. Also not worth returning.

    Used as positive fuel shutoff.

    This is what I needed. My Kohler 26hp engine was leaking gas thru the carb into the oil when the solenoid in the carb stuck open. I put this solenoid between the fuel filter and the fuel pump wired into the same wire that controls the carb so I've doubled my chances of getting the fuel shut off when the key is off. it does get hot as others have mentioned but I won't be running it more than the 8 hours recommended

    Good with 3s lithium

    Successfully turns on at “12v” from a 3s lithium battery (fully charged to 12.6v) My use case is for “less than 15 minutes at a time” duty cycle, so I cannot comment on the “8 hours on at a time maximum” claim.
