This was top of the line when I used MANY of them for Military surveillance camera systems in 2005. These have the best PTZ control, ease of configuration and operation. Have not used the new devices Axis has out as this item has been discontinued. The Axis 241Q remains one of the best documented / fully functional 4 channel Video Encoder available.
