I have been using the targard filters for the past 2 years. Most of my coughing has stopped. They don't affect the way the cigarette draws or the flavor of the cigarette. To me, this is a win-win. Cigarettes are better and the price makes it even better. Would recommend them to any smoker.

If you can't quit at least cut the sludge.
Each filter is quality made. No leaking. Will be ordering again I can actually see where my tooth whitening toothpaste is working because of using these filters.
