Have not opened one yet but they are very tightly vacuum sealed and feel of good quality from what I can feel through the package. Moved my 2nd tourniquet outside my nar m-fak and made just barely enough room for 1 of these and a 5" pair of scissors . Perfect edition to any 6" or bigger med kit. They have instructions and a title but it's unbranded as far as a use by date or any manufacturer information.
