El artículo se me imaginaba más grande, buen embalaje y buena comunicación, pero lo que me está molestando muchísimo con Ebay son dos cosas:1) No hay donde hacer reclamos, ya que en la sección AYUDA he realizado varios reclamos, pero nadie contesta. No existe feed back entre Ebay y comprador, tal vez sería bueno algún teléfono con quien comunicarse desde Chile.2) No entiendo el precio de los envíos internacionales, a veces son muy caros Chile y se demoran demasiado a Chile.
