Heathkit, IM-18, VTVM, Vacuum Tube Voltmeter, Leads, Powers On This is a Heath kit VTVM IM-18. This meter is red which might be rare. It powers on and the zero adjuster works. That is all the testing that I have done. It does come with the leads. It has scratches and scuffs on it. There is a small crack in the plastic cover. The battery compartment is clean. I took the battery out and tested it and it still had a full charge. The battery will not be included. The electronics look to be very nice. It comes with the probes. See photos for any defects.
