To me, these chairs always seemed like you were sliding forward, concentrating all your weight on your knees. But with only ONE knee on the cushion at a time - experiment a little to find your "sweet spot" - the other leg off to the side, foot flat, nice 90-degree bend, all the pressure - everywhere - seems to dissappear; it's like hovering on a cloud! If I didn't have one bad knee, I'd never have thought to try it that way. Very comfortable that way - and still very beneficial for the lower back. Easy, pleasant assembly, too. Five stars all the way!

This chair has already made a huge difference in my back pain when I have to sit and write, despite being the absolute cheapest version (at thirty-some dollars) of the kneeling chair I could find anywhere online (including craigslist and Facebook stores). It is a little hard on the knees and hips at certain angles so keep that in mind if you have joint issues, and it is very important to still get up and move around every half hour or so. Sitting in this position (as in any position) for long periods is known to shorten the hamstrings so do a few stretches too! Remember, sitting is the enemy of the spine! All that said, this chair seems sturdy enough, as long as you remember to check the bolts every now and then. I left the wheels off so it would be short enough for my desk. Will take some adjustment to find the right angle. Must be at least 20 degree angle for pressure relief. Adjusting the seat height/angle is easy with a turn of the knob. I am 5'4" so I don't know what a much taller or much shorter person would think about this chair. It took me a brief baffled moment to figure out the instructions but once I did assembly was easy and all tools were included. The only complaint I had is that the foam and fabric on the seat and knee rests is extremely low-quality, but I'm glad that's where they skimped on quality rather than on the frame itself. I have temporarily put pillow cases over the cushions to prevent premature tears but I will definitely be re-upholstering! (Easy enough to DIY on the cheap). Again, the frame is wooden and sturdy as you would expect from a cheap, assemble-at-home chair! Great value I'd say!Read full review

Good construction, good price, seat padding is rather flimsy and wear loose pants ... you tend to slide forward and get a frontal wedgie.

its a decent quality chain ( in this price range ) , all materials are nice except for the cloth material whic I am not impressed with. Manual is , as usual pretty useless but you will figure this out...the second time HA. But I do recommend the chair and i would buy it again

This chair put too much pressure on my knees and hips. It seemed like it just created places of tension. The quality of the wood was fine, but the padding was pretty basic. I used it 3 times for working at the table on my laptop, then boxed it up and sold it on craigslist.
