Items were packaged well, exactly as pictured/described, and arrived 10 days earlier than projected. Ebay didn't have the tracking info up to date, so was afraid was another scammer package. Shipping label was from a sorting facility in CA (see photo) for future reference. Seller was quick in responding to messages and very accommodating to my request. Jaws come rubber-banded to skull, but I will be gluing them later.

I received the pheasant and wasn't the same as the listed picture and wasn't in good shape from the way the seller pack the bird and bent the tail to fit inside the small box. I kept the bird for the reasonable price and work so hard to fix the tail and the rest of the feather after watching and reading about how to repair.
the seller need more experience.
