Hat not true to listed size, shipped in too small of a box and bent brim. Would not order hats from this seller again.

The size of the hat is established by the manufacturer. I double checked my listing and It was listed correctly. If it did not fit , then its a manufacturing difference. The box used was a new box and had plenty of room, if you disagree then I would have welcomed you to request a refund but no request was ever made.
