I bought this for the Duro Star generator I bought. I tried to follow the directions but they made no sense to me. The pictures did not match up to the generator I had. So I did what most guys do anyway and threw out the instructions and looked at the parts. Boy, was it simple. The holes were all pre-drilled on the generator and the parts matched up perfectly. Very simple installation. The only thing not noted anywhere was that you had to remove the existing rubber feet off the bottom of the frame for the axle to fit properly. You could leave the ones that go under the legs, but the axle end had to come off. Of course that would be obvious once you laid the axle on the frame and aligned the holes. The axle went right over the rubber feet. Once they came off, the axle and brackets fit perfectly. Great kit and it even comes with a bracket to hold the handle down when not in use. I really like that product except for a machining problem with the axle ! One side wasn't machined far enough for the wheel to slide in far enough to out the pin in it . I don't want to return I just would like to get a new axle ? And I will pay to ship the defective axle back when I can get a new one that's correct ! The product was as described and everything works and fits except that one thing !!

I have a generator for which no exact kit is made. I cut a piece of plywood to fit underneath, then bolted the wheels in place, and the front supports in place, and bolted the whole thing to the bottom of my generator. I had to drill a couple holes in the frame to mount the handle. All of this was easy. Works fantastic! Sturdy. And the handle swings up to use it, and drops down out of the way so it takes less room for storage.

Good kit and worked great, I would have rated as excellent but it is not the same as pictured. One in the picture is the 2 handled kit that comes with the generators along with the plug wrench etc. The one you get is the single handle accessory kit.

The axle is a hefty 3/4” shaft and the wheels are solid rubber. The only drawback was the width wasn’t wide enough for my generic generator so I cut it and added a piece. Definitely made especially for a certain brand generator but I made it work.
