Looked at all brands of table top epoxy and found the prices to be all over the board. This was the best deal. My wife and I have poured two table tops with this product so far and are extremely pleased. Comes out crystal clear. Be sure to go online and follow their directions to a tee for the best results, product doesn't ship with the directions. We found that one of the most important steps is to do a tack coat, let it dry and then do the flood coat. We tried to go straight for the flood coat and ended up having to do a second flood coat because the pores in the wood weren't sealed up properly and we couldn't get it to stop bubbling. Needless to say we have to grind the bubble out and reflood coat. This just wasted material. Also, a heat gun set on low worked a lot better for the bubbles. A propane torch concentrated to much heat on a small area. Great product. Will be purchasing more in the future. Read full review

Anyone can use this epoxy resin, its the setup and pour that can be complicated. I made a bathroom vanity top for a new sink and I didn't want to pay $700+ for a vanity and sink 60". I made a stackable spruce slat top 1"x.75 " and used a biscuit cutter to glue the stack together 24"x60" . Once that project was completed it was stapled and glued to a backer plywood board for stability. I sanded the top down to a fine smooth look. I then used sealed any areas that had gaps with plastic wood putty. Resanded then sealed with 3 coats of a natural stain and poly to seal per instructions. The hard part was to take two 1/2 gallons of the epoxy resin and hardner to make one gallon, then divide it by 3 for three seperate pours to make sure I was doing it right. Thats where time, a clean room and leveling is critical. Making a longer story abit shorter is that all three pours went perfect, it was the fact that tiny dust particles does cause a dimple. if you get them in time, then it will self level but also make sure your product is mixed well and that its at room or just above room temp, just to help the flow. Make sure you have 4-10 hours of wait time available if you plan to do more than one pour. After 10 hours, you have to prep the hardened epoxy with 220 grit paper to prep another pour. Too much work than just beiong ready to do a pour within the 4 to 10 hour mark. Its alos important to know that I had cut my hole where the sink would be. I had alot of leakage of good material through my cardboard I used as a backer around the sink hole. Good luck to you, take your time and read the instructions and you wont fail.Read full review

this was easy to work with and the finished project turned out great. just follow the instruction on the website. I would recommend mixing a little more than you think you'll need, is better to have a little extra than to be short on a pour

I saw some videos online on how to use epoxy on countertops. Decided to try it but didn’t want to invest a huge amount of money. This was great to work with where I could really keep the room cool so my bar top looks terrific. The master bath has a skylight and this is florida so that is one hot room. Plus the counter is rather big so I had to mix up a lot at one time. And mix thoroughly. The epoxy was trying to set up before I could even get it on the counter. It did not level out as good on the top and especially not on the front lip. That front edge looks bad and that skylight literally shines a light on it. So, I highly recommend this product if you can control the temperature. If you cannot, then I wouldn’t buy this. I have used a different epoxy (more expensive) that has a longer working time in good conditions but do not know if that one would be better in that bathroom, either. Could be no epoxy would get good results. I’m going to redo that counter in the dead of winter and hope I get better results. This epoxy worked great in other areas though. Terrific results.Read full review

I have been using this resin regularly for craft applications for over a year and love it! It is affordable and amazing quality! It pours nice, has a beautiful glossy finish, and even and doesn't yellow over time! The best part is they ship it immediately and it arrives so quickly! I highly recommend this resin!
