In all fairness I gave a negative rating to the seller without trying to resolve the issue first. The item was new as describe and the disc could not have been seen and the case could have been damaged in transit. The seller was very prompt, curious and issued a refund right away. Amazing seller! Awesome communication, and just a generally nice person. I purchased a miniature grandfather clock.
