Knife appeared to have been used, not new. The scales were scratched and had to be polishedto get the scratches out and to shine it back up. The blade edge was damaged and had to be resharpened. The corkscrew is bent. The tweezers look like a kid tried to make them and are completely useless. It's a cheap Chinese version of a Swiss Army knife and the low quality is expected but I should have received a new knife such as I paid for.
