I ordered a lot of dbz funko pops. When received I immediately noticed a hole in the box prior to even opening it to check inside. Once I opened inside I seen every single funko pop absolutely squished beyond belief. Seller did not use an ounce of protection & basically shoved them in to fit it properly.Upon returning the items: I requested a refund in which seller approved. Now seller is saying he didn’t receive return. After all, what could he do with a bunch of useless pops? Scammer, beware!

I would like to once again apologize to this customer for the bad experience they had with this transaction. From the photos left you can see the box was lined with a protective bubble wrap. The pops were placed in the packaging to fit. No amount of protection could have saved this package from the negligence and mishandling from the USPS. I accepted return immediately with no hassle. Upon return the USPS delievered to the wrong address and the package was later retrieved. Accidents happen.
