The chips arrived fairly quickly. I purchased two sets. They were shipped separately, each in a box that was just slightly larger than the case. A piece of cardboard was used for padding. One of the cases won't close, as the case is kind of flimsy. Some of the chips have minor cosmetic defects, but that doesn't affect play.
