Power cord can be draped through mounting arm and exit under from under hub. When first plugged in the Man lens lights for approx 20 seconds. Then the Hand Lens starts flashing and the Countdown Lens starts at 11 Seconds. The countdown reaches 0 the hand stops flashing and stays on steady for another approx. 20 seconds. The rotation continues until unplugged. Just like it did when directing pedestrians in Washington DC. Rotation timing can be adjusted on the Sequencer. User manual will be included.Once the signal is mounted you can turn it in any direction. Just loosens the chase nipples (bolts) from the inside. Once in preferred position, tighten them and the signal will be secured. Brackets & Visors will be taken off for shipping. Not hard to re-install, but can be a little tedious.
