Make sure your ADDRESS IS CORRECT AND COMPLETE. If your package arrives at someone else’s address because you gave us an incorrect address, we are NOT responsible for replacing your lost package. If your tracking number does not show any movement on your package, please be patient. Carriers will often be in possession of packages but not show updated tracking information, even though the package is indeed moving. As we only have the same tracking information you have, please be patient and wait for your tracking to show movement before contacting us asking where your package is.
On average, UPS Worldwide Economy takes 5-12 days and UPS Worldwide Expedited takes 2-5 days for packages to arrive at their final destination. HOWEVER, sometimes these services can have delays, and we have experienced on rare occasions it can take 8 weeks or longer, depending on your country and your customs office. Be patient and please do not leave negative or neutral response without first contacting us to resolve the issue.
