the universal lead kit on the back wires are broke for Positive and old and brittle.

This was used as a display piece in a meter collection my grandfather\'s neighbor had in his garage.

I\'m sure it can be reconditioned and new leads bought and would work fine

Unable to test due to lead wires brittle.
