I plugged it in and the second hand moves but no tubes light up and tuning dial light does not come on

The cabinet does have scratches scrapes and one burn mark across the top but no serious damage

MISSING VOLUME KNOB

ALSO MISSING THE SMALL RETAINER CLIPS THAT HOLD THE CHASSIS TO THE CABINET
