Up for grabs is a vintage POVERTY PUP electric battery operated bank from circa 1960’s Japan …

Bank works “somewhat”, and what is meant by thar is it powers up when coin is placed in basket, but you can just hear it sit there with motor running, but dog wont move. Sometimes on a rare occasion he will move and “bark” as he is supposed to but it is very inconsistent. Leads me to believe the bank can be fixed.

Cosmetically bank is super nice and displays great. If you like “tinkering” with this stuff or need a part for your own, then this may be for you ….
