This Nursery gas burner hot plate is in as found original condition. The burner does not carry any manufacturer's name, but is marked 1621 and 1622. This burner is almost identical to the Griswold marked 243 Nursery Hot Plate (see Schiffer's red book pg. 173). This is an excellent candidate for restoration.
