Very nice. Does work. Has been professionally repaired. Very nice solid piece. The repair goes through both birds. Comes with a chip on the inside of the black base. Also has a few paint wear spots. Needs cleaned and polished. Comes with normal minor scuffs and scratches. Please see pictures and you be the judge on details and conditions.
