Up for sale is a used, Vel-Tye Hugger Vest in MJK Khaki (or something there close). It comes with two sets of side plate carriers, hydration pouch, and velcro attached chest rig. This was a second vest I purchased several years back. It has seen some use, but very little.This item is like new. A little dusty, but i have never fielded this carrier.
What you see is what you get. No more or less.

I no longer ship to FPO/APO. This is not because i hate the military. I am a vet. I have had three packages \"lost\" after having sent them to FPO/APO addresses. Once bitten, thrice shy.
I do not offer returns, all items are sold AS IS. Even though the condition may be brand new, I sell all items as used.
I ship on Saturday. If you buy on Monday, it goes out on Saturday. If you buy on Thursday, it goes out on Saturday. If you buy Saturday AM, it will go out same day, etc, etc, etc.
I try to keep my shipping costs down, but remember, takes a bite, PayPal takes a bite, and shipping takes a bite, so if you are making me an offer, please make it a realistic one. I always refund any extra money on shipping. I will combine shipping as best I can.
