These are somewhat delicate-looking but amazingly sturdy--and \"alcohol proof\"--cocktail trays of papier maché, handmade in post-war Japan. Quaint floral/avian motif to gaze at while contemplating that next sip of sake. I would not have guessed them to be made of papier maché, give their strength and rigidity.Offered as a set of four. Dimensions are approximately 5\" x 8-1/8\". They\'re about a quarter-inch deep.
