Genuine Issue 4 Piece Modular Sleep System ACU | Used

This US. GI. four part modular sleep system was designed to be used together, or you can use it separately for warmer conditions. Thoughtfully engineered to insulate the user in environments ranging from mild weather to extreme cold. Here’s what’s included- One Compression sack (black) for compact storage, one cold weather patrol sleeping bag (light sage), one intermediate sleeping bag (dark sage), and one waterproof/breathable Bivy cover (ACU Digital) to keep the whole system dry.

This system was designed in layers to trap in pockets of air and heat. The patrol sleeping bag that is rated for temperatures 50 to 30°, the Intermediate Cold Weather sleeping bag is rated for temperatures 30 to -10°, and the Bivy Cover is made of waterproof and windproof 3-layer GORE-TEX® fabric. When combining the Patrol and ICW bags, the system is rated to climates -20; down to -50° with proper clothing. Mix and match as you need for the perfect temperature every time.

Special features include: an anatomically designed foot box that contains twice the insulation as the bag, sewn in chest collar to prevent air drafts, adjustable hood, reinforced webbing, and specially designed non jamming zippers. The complete system, including the compression sack weighs roughly twelve pounds.
